Catch up time

I have lost at least 5 teeth in the past week.  Mom keeps finding them on the floor.  What is the going rate from the tooth fairy for puppy teeth?  Maybe some new toys since I keep chewing up and getting bloody all my old ones.  I see my sister got to play with a boxer.  This past Sunday I got to play with Lily, a 10 month old boxer who lives very close.  We ran and ran around Lily's yard and then wrestled for awhile too.  I was tired for the rest of the day.  Mom wonders why she didn't set up play dates sooner.  I have heard the word bath again so may be getting one of those very soon.  I need to look good like brother Smokee, all clean and fluffy.

Wow I'm almost 5 months old-too big for my puppy bed now.

17 weeks old!

Hey, look at the picture of me in the snow from a week ago.  I love running and digging and chewing in the snow.  I think it is one of my favorite things.  Maybe ties with chasing the cats!  Let's see, this past Monday I had my third set of shots.  Ouch.  On Wednesday night I attended my first puppy obedience class.  I was the vocal one.  I even got the instructor saying "speak" and giving me a treat if I barked.  What a smart boy I am.  I am working on "sit" (and the release command "ok"), "watch me" and "speak".  There are 4 others in my class;  a 12 wk old black lab/boxer mix, 4 month old pug, a 5 month old yorkie and a 5 month old pit bull.  I am the fluffiest one though!  Can't wait to go again this week.
